Default Opteron question

AMD Opteron X2 175 2.20GHz / 2MB Cache / 1000MHz FSB / Socket 939 / Hyper-Transport /

Dual-Core / Processor

AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ / 2MB Cache / 2000MHz FSB / Socket 939 / Dual-Core / Processor

Which CPU is better? Going to get an Nforce Pro board.

I'd say the Opteron cause they can OC like a monkey covered in butter. But don't know about that model of Opteron but it still should be able to.
