Default opteron 165 or 175

i'm planning to get one to replace my 4400+.

i heard that the 165 is a better overclocker but i couldn't get much info on 175 so whats your opinion.
also i'm planning to rack up the HTT so multiplier doesn't matter and i have a cfx-3200 dr so it isn't much of a problem.

p.s. is there anyway to tell what the stepping info before buying it??? or am i totaly screwed if i get a bad ocer

i would get the 175, the higher multiplier always helps. And you probably can't choose the stepping that you want.

Higher multiplier will help with overclocking, so go with that.
