Open closed bracket and p letter showing next to some characters

I am experiencing a problem with my keyboard, its a Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 every time I type a open/closed bracket will show in the with the following characters and letter p will show as well.

b = pb
m = ]m
n = [n
p = pb

Procedures I have taken and not work:
1. stickey keys are off
2. no virius on computer
3. did a system restore
4. no stuck keys
5. re-installed driver
6. disconnected keyboard receiver and resync keyboard with receiver

are you able to test that keyboard on another computer, or another keyboard on that computer? I'm willing to bet it's simply a bad keyboard and that'd be the easiest way to find out.

The keyboard encoder chip is bad. Trade it for another one.

Test a different keyboard and try this one on another computer. My bet (as stated) is a bad keyboard.
