Default Open all ports?

is it possible to open up all the ports of my router? i rather have them all open I aint worried about what could happen its a dlink could you please tell me if you know how to tty

What company router do you have? It depends on the router, I needed to open a port so I can make WC3 games.

It's a D-Link 604 hopefully I can open all the ports up I think its kinda usless lol, I wouldnt have it if I didnt have 2 comps :P

Um...if it's anything like my Linksys, you just put in your IP address and tell it to open ports 0 - 65536(I beleive they go that high...)

That is as high as they go. Of course we rarely go over about 9000 ;P But you did say ALL ports

LOL, well if your router is like mine... Go to IE or some browser, enter 192.168.1.1. Enter admin for the password(assuming you never changed it) Click advanced, then fowarding.

From that point it's pretty simple. If you don't know you're IP, go to dos(run>cmd) and type ipconfig and it'll display your IP info.

Aw damn... Sorry, I had Linksys on my mind. If I remember what my AP's IP address is, I'll see if it has any functions like port forwarding...

ahh tyty, I was looking at some site about it it seems kinda hard ;P, I mnight just forget it I alrdy trigger portd it for Bittorent, so i ono that's probly good enough. You guys dont need to help out anymore tyty for everything guys

Hey, did you see anything saying DM Zone when you connected to your router? The DM Zone is the De Militarize Zone, basicualy you can make it so that you can do what ever you want from a spesific source. Your computer being one, thats where i think you will find your information about opeing your ports.
