Which one should i buy?

Hey guys im really confused and i want to know more about sound cards and headsets/headphones. I Play FPS games ALL DAY and i need a really good headphones that have noice canceling and a headphones that i can hear people through the walls etc. right now i have the asus p6t stock sound card the Realtek ALC1200. So should i buy a sound card? or whaT? and i dont want to spend too much for a sound card like something below 100 bucks. And which headset is the best out of this list?

If you want to do high quality audio recording, get an X-fi series. Other than that, you are fine.
