Default Onboard NIC Problem

Ok, as the title states, I'm having a problem with my onboard network card.

When the card is enabled, and drivers are installed, windows fails to load, here is the boot log: http://evilone.org/ntbtlog.txt

Now, it seems to fail on hal.inf, and then all of the network card drivers fail to load. My motherboard is a ASUS P5K SE, and my Operating System is Vista Ultimate.

Anyone know anything at all about this problem? :S
