omg plz dont tell me i need a new gfx card

well i was playing with dual monitors (one was my tv) and i was playing video games through my modded xbox controller on my tv (as a second monitor) and the power went out. i turned on my computer, it was fine. well i turned it off and later i turned it on and it said on the monitor "out of range" and the tv was the default monitor for some reason. it started acting funny and now neither bios or windows recognizes it. when i set the bios to use pci gfx card it boots from onboard (yes my monitor cable is in the right slow)

Boot into safe mode, and try to change it there.
