OLD computer! any usefull

i found a packard bell platinum 40 in my basement today and here are the specs on the sticker. can this or anything off of this be used ?

-1.6 gb hdd
-8x speed
-16mb edo ram
-256 kb pipelined burst cache
-3d graphics/video accelerator (64-bit,2 mb edo video ram)
