Default OK picked out my parts will it work??

ok guys ive done research for the past few weeks and this is what ive settled on.

AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Processor Socket 939 winchester core and asus A8V-Deluxe Via K8T800Pro mobo combo
http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/Produc...80717-2-240412

Western Digital Raptor WD360GD 36.7GB Serial ATA 10,000RPM Hard Drive w/8MB Buffer
http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/Produc...=101221-316604

Zalman CNPS7700-ALCU CPU Cooler
http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/Produc...uctCode=373036

Enermax CS-800TA-S Mid Tower Case
http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/Produc...uctCode=144200

i will be using my existing 100GB IDE hard drive, 40x cd burner, dvd rom drive, floppy drive and 350 watt power supply

is there anything that im forgetting? and does everything seem to work fine together ok?
im not worried about a video card right now but does this mobo have some type of on board video so i can get it up and running to install XP pro?

thanks in advance guys.

if you use 2 different speed rams itl always run at the lower speed and not the higher one.
