ok, help with a.... differnet sort of problem

maybe i should of posted here instead... idk, i'll give it a shot here instead

here's my question:

i want

remote control car, with motors and battery -*soldered to* - usb cord -*connected to* - computer

to make sort of a usb switch

and then use the computer keyboard, to turn the switch on and off for each port...

possible? if so how? if not, why not?
