Got a new modem cause that was the last BSOD issue...and now I get a new one:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Stop: 0x000000D1 (0x50E124F1, 0x0000001B, 0x00000008, 0x50E124F2)

Any help would be greatly appreciated

(Neo...I need you again I think =p )

Thanks

Pretty sure I installed the modem drivers...or else I wouldn't be able to be on the net...but I'll look for some up to date ones...

EDIT: I searched the net for driver to auto update and it found drivers for it, but it changed the name of the modem as well...guess we'll see what happens...all these BSOD just cause of the modem onboard and on this pci modem...just doesn't make sense since a BSOD can potentially dick my pc up permanently...right?

It could be an IRQ issue. this has happened to me in the past. go into the bios and check if there is more than 4 of the same irq number under PCI devices
