Default Oh-No not again!

Okay, I'm pretty sure my psu still works. Okay, anyways i was playing CS:S and all of a sudden my comp shuts off then i try a few times and it goes back on then in the morning it goes on for like 20 minutes and turns off. Then i tried to turn it on somtimes it flashed somtimes nothing happened. I dont think its shorted, because i didnt touch it and the stand offs are installed.
