Default OEM Windows reboot

I have an OEM version of windows XP (not the upgrade version), and I'm wondering how I would go about rebooting the entire system. Do I need to completely erase my hard drive, and if so, how would I go about doing that? Or are there any other alternatives? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

What exactly are you wanting to do? Do you mean reformat? If so, what problems are you having that are leading to think you need to reformat and reinstall the operating system?

Yeah, reformat the hard drive to re-install the original windows. I like to do it every now and then just to clean up and get rid of a lot of crap that's on the hard drive.
