Would an OEM processor come with a heatsink and fan. More specificly would an OEM Core 2 Duo E6400 come with heatsink and fan? Cheers.

i got the e6600, i did come with a fan and heatsink

OEM processors usually have just the cpu. No heatsink, no thermal paste, no cool looking box, none of that. Just the cpu in a normal white box.
