Default OCZ platinum series RAM!

Just got 2 gig of this RAM, PC3200.
From overclockers it says it has timings of 2-3-2-5, now when i run cpu-z it comes up with timings of 2.5-3-2-5, meaning the CAS is set to 2.5 instead of 2 right?
On my mobo i cant change the voltages but would i be safe to change the CAS down to 2 as i can change the timings? Just wanted to check first as dont want to go blowing anything up!

Just changed the timings, now running at 2-3-2-5. Is there anything i can run to make sure that everything's stable?

Or you can use Prime95's blend test.

There wouldnt be any real world difference. The only difference would be in benchmarks.
