thats what i was thinking and i just realised its like 150 bucks off if i order now!! its pc3200 and the other is pc4000 big difference?

See if your board is compatible with PC4000.. most are compatible with PC3200.

In any case, I'd choose the second one.

I would only suggest the first one if you plan on overclocking. If you are just leaving the memory stock then get the second one.

the second one....better timings......depending on what board you have, you might not even be able to use the pc4000...especially if you have an amd processor.
