a lot of the hardware in the comp is pretty up to date, so i think you should probably just upgrade some things... but like camers said, what to upgrade depends on what you use it for.

if you are happy with your current speed-if your computer is stable and doesn't crash alot, if your needs are fullfilled acceptably in your work-why upgrade?-I use an 1100 amd and the speed is as fast as I can go-Im totally happy-I will upgrade when it breaks-or if the next os won't work on it.

Exactly,all software has a min requirement and suggested requirement.
Has yours exceeded this? I doubt it.But the only upgrade you might benefit from is a new mbd and 2.x Intel cpu,note not Celeron,in about a year ot 2.
