Unhappy o.O I have a big problem...

Well, simple as this, i let my 7 year old neice use my computer to play on disney.com, i left my msn messenger running, and a friend of mine had a virus. One were it says, LOOK AT THIS PICTURE w/ a link, and then it downloads a .exe file which my neice opened. Now i have LOADS of spyware/adware and even virus's. I have read the sticky'd threads, but i would like to know the BEST spyware/adware/virus cleaning tools. Also, i have tried to use spybot search and destroy and AVG in safemode with no prevail... Right now to supress all the pop ups (about 1 every 4 seconds) Im using a tool called admuncher that my friends told me to use. Fast reply would be nice. Thank you in advanced for help.

Also, about 2 days after this happened... My internet started to majorly lag. I share my connection with my brother, and we play games like cs, d2, I play ragnarok and various other free mmorpg's. In cs we might one seconds have a 40 ping, then it shoots to 600 for a long time. We have never had this problem... We have comcast cable internet and it has been perfectly fine in the past year or so ive had it. Any solutions would be nice. Thank you all.

try downloading a trial of NOD32 from www.eset.com that's a great program, it has very good heuristics and is probably your best bet. You could also try avira if you want which is free and tends to detect a little better than AVG. You might also want to try getting HiJackThis. You can download it here: http://www.download.com/HijackThis/3...3.html?tag=hed and copy and paste the logfile here: http://www.hijackthis.de/ and remove anything that comes up as bad. That should help a lot too.

What is your antivirus?

Some spyware that once infected the desktop downstairs put itself on Mcafee's allowed list, and it was deleted after I removed it from the list.

I was just using AVG, but like a year ago wen i first got comcast, i used the macfee, but i reformatted my computer cause i fry'd my harddrive, i lost so much music!!!, then i didnt remember the password to my comcast thing to get macfee again, and my dad didnt let me use his casue it has all the billing and credit card crap on it, so really it was just AVG, but im usually really picky about what I put on my computer, i never go to porn sites, I never download anything unless I know its safe... I really dont feel like reformatting again, i dont no were most of my software is...

...Holy... I just started the ad-aware SE scan about 1 minute ago.. already found 26 things... This isnt gonna be good.

Ok.... Im just gonna list EVERY problem I have and I want you to tell me IF they are all fixable, or I should just suck it up and reformatt... Which is the LAST thing i want to do...

Ok Losts losts losts of popups

Ad-Aware SE just finsihed w/ 103 infected files, yes 103

My windows WILL NOT update, if i try to install them, my computer restarts iteself.

My computer is like a retarded computer, at random it WILL restart itself. Even if its just idleing.

Ummm... I think thats its. So if it is possible to fix this w/o reformatting it would be REALLY nice to know TY and yes i no i double posted.

You don't have an antivirus?? It sounds like it may be too late to install one. However, a more experienced member than I might know of a possible way of solving the spyware problem which doesn't involve deleting everything.

Well... I never really need antivirus... The only problems ive ever had was when someone else was on my computer without my knowledge and then I just downloaded something like AVG and it got rid of it. This however, is completely kicking my arse in computer knowledge... Im a lil above average in computer knowledge and I have tried everything I know of, and I really think its leading down the reformat fun times road... I have so many games i will have to reinstall.... NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO so many hours of waisted time I will have to do...All those nice things I had will need to be reinstalled... Well... I guess i better find my Windows disk, my motherboard and video drivers... Fun times. Damn i need a new computer <_<

OMG NOOOO I just realized... I have like 8Gigs of unwatched ANIME NOONONONONOON damnit...
