it's cuz ur card is not that good. What games does it crash on??

Try installing different drivers.
maybe update Mobo drivers. or flashw ith new bios.

Yeah i had that same problem is all of your Gfx card being used cause sometimes just some of it is and does it also reset sometimes when u use Media Player and play movies and WMAs

aaaaaaaargh i also had big trouble with a chaintech card my fx 5950 ultra last damn time i spend 430 euro on a bloody vidcard.

it just crashed all the time on my main machiene.still hoping to resolve this now its in my spare and i use my old 9800 pro wich was conflicting on its turn the hell out of my amd.

is there an issue perhaps with chaintech cards? if they suck we should send em back its not like they come for free im lost of what to do with it.tried everytyhing and just when i thought i had the solution it starts allover again.sumtimes i had to disconnect the psu plug to make it work again.so thought it was psu issue got 550 psu and problem starts again.could not install agp and videodriver together.alone would be fine but not both.updated chopset drivers and worked.then again conflict i had to pull card from vga slot.tried other wallsocket alsoseemed to work same error back.tried all bios settings.

Chaintech isn't that great of a company. Return it and settle for a more established brand. I have a BFG based video card and they are the company I always recommend (life time warranty too).

sigh the problem for me is im afraid they gonna search it and say they find nothing and send it back and charge research costs cuz im not sure if the error can be reproduced on other pc because it starts just suddenly.but when it starts its total mayhem i even get weird blue and green stripes in the bios when its havin its way.i cant even see mywindows loadup screen anymore its just all weird pixles.

just a lil example :

weirdscreen.jpg

this is under not too bad conditions where i can still make a screenshot and select paint by clicking like 5 centimeters away of where the shortcut actually should be (still not very easy to do lol)

i have this in a pentium4 2.8 800 fsb with dual channel memory kingston value 550 watt psu (sata drive)intel 865pe chipset.it can work for days and sumtimes it would suddenly happen and i have to physically remove the card from the agp slut to make it work again..this system is now working fine with my radeon 9800 pro 128 mb .i have a p4 2.6 400 fsb and it has no problem yet with the card.it freaks me out.tried everything.

sorry fxs for bringing this up in your thread but maybe u can also get some info of it and compare the prob.

if all that fails make sure you have DX 9, it might not make any difference but you could try it.

well it apperas it has nothing to do with my video card and it looks like the chipset on the MB is getting hot with the processor running at 2.8ghz and yhat may be causing all the problems b ut ill keep all informed on what happens
