from what i have been hearing, the nVidia motherboards are the worst.
but the question is, Why?

chipset, not board.

The chipset performs OK if you don't wish to overclock but is very FSB limited which makes its overclocking ability "below par"

so people have to choose between a good OC board, or have a board that supports SLI?

If i were to get a board with an nforce 680i LT chipset, which is the reduced version of the regular 680i chipset, and get an Q6600 and want to OC it to 3.0Ghz, and maybe to 3.5Ghz later, would you guys still think i should get one?

EDIT - heres some screenshots of the bios of the board i am thinking of getting

this board has some pretty good reviews from what i have read, though not sure about overclocking
