I'm getting the feeling your computer is trying to die or somehow your Windows install is corrupted. If you have the capability, backup your boot drive. If you have the MS Windows install disc, boot into it and do a "Repair". If not, boot into the "Recovery" partition and re-install Windows. WARNING, a Recovery will wipe out all your data, so be sure you've backed up, or can afford to loose your data.
