Default Number lock keeps getting turned off during boot?

Hey guys so I noticed that the number lock keeps getting turned off whenever I boot my computer. I don't understand why it's doing this. I tried a regedit and that didn't work. Any suggestions? It's a minor annoyance but an annoyance all the same.

I think this is a default within the keyboard itself as far as I know unfortunately. If it's not, then I've learnt something new today...

Hi! This is all I could find about this!
Enable Num Lock on startup or reboot in Windows 8 / 7

Believe it or not this can be an option within the BIOS as well. Check there to see if there are any options for numlock.

I usually see it in the BIOS as crazyman says.

Look at your boot options in BIOS, there will be a NUMLOCK boot state option or similar.

Fixed it... I think. No boot options with NUMLOCK in my old ass X58 bios but I may have solved the issue anyway. No big deal anyway. All you have to do is press a button.
