ntldr missing

I have a problem with my samsung netbook, whenever I boot, it will not boot instead a message will appear "ntldr is missing". what will I do

Have you made any changes in your BIOS recently? Even if you haven't, I'd suggest going in there and making sure your hard drive is the first boot device. To enter your BIOS, power on your computer and look to see if there's any text saying "Press x for setup" or similar (where x is some key, like F1, Esc, or Delete). It should be listed on the same screen as the Samsung logo (before Windows would start to boot and before you get the error message).
Once in your BIOS, look for a section about boot order or priority. It should explain how to edit the options. If your hard drive isn't first, move it there. Then save your changes and reboot.
After trying this, post back and, if that didn't work, there are some other possibilities.
