The only thing i can do is press CLT,ALT,DEL and it just restarts the comp. Anyone have any idea of what i can do to fix this problem? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

First thing to do, check you havent got a floppy disk in the drive. What OS are you running, its obviously NT based, so take a look here

if there's no disk in the floppy drive, you might try going to your NT, 2000, or XP repair console and running the fixmbr command.

My friend had a similar problem and repairing Windows seemed to fix the problem. But this error happened a few times on her, and in the end we discovered that the hard drive was faulty..

This might not be the same for you, but just a word of warning..

If it's not a floppy disk, this may be worth a try: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/320397/en-us
