Go to control panel, user accounts, change the way users log off and select enable fast user switching.

^ what exactly did that add to things??

Is NTL still forcing the use of pointless software? If so complain about it. These companys dont seem to understand XP is perfectly capable of networking on its own, without them ramming rapesoft down peoples throats.

I used NTL companint free for two years, they forced the use of software and I left that day.
