NTFS to FAT32

Ok..The reason I would like to have FAT32 is because if I develop problems I can always reformat. Can't if it's NTFS. Vista also has to have a partition for the recovery files. I only want to use this HDD as a storeroom for the things I don't really need to have on the master drive. They take up to much room and even at 140G I'm already down to 80G.
You can reformat if you have it as ntfs, I'm not sure why you think you can't, but you can, whoever told you that is wrong. Anyway, there is no reason to have it as fat32 over ntfs. ntfs is just better, fat32 is outdated.
