You can use programs like MagicISO to extract the files or convert them into iso's and burn them to CDS.

ok i downlaoded this program all i have to do is convert it to iso? and then burn to cd? if so woot and thanks guys and if this was one of those things that i coudl have jsut googled im sorry:'(

i opened it with that program converted it to iso and burned it to a cd and yay it works thnaks to all guys
