norton ghost

i have tune up utilities 2006

i want a new boot screen

but wen i hit install it says u may have norton ghost installed in ur comp and if you put this new boot screen on u could screw it up then screing my anti virus

i dont use ghost.

i usea acronis true image thingy

how do i kill norton ghost so i can put this boot scsreen on?

and this is system works 2005 premeir
