I did a virus scan the other day and it said "0 files infected 2 at risk". It said I should delet these files, but I don't know if anything will be messed up if I do, last time I deleted something from Norton AntiVirus everytime I started up my computer a pop up would come on saying error couldn't find file or something like that.

File Names------Threat Name
cdclint.dll-------Adaware.Cydoor
GUU1E2.tmp-----Adaware.Gator

Know if they have anything to do with my Ad-aware 6.0 or anything. So should I delet them or leave them be? So far I haven't had any problems with them.

Yes
Delete these and uninstall Ad-Aware and delete any leftovers.
Do a complete scan.
Reinstall Ad-Aware 6.I don't think it's their fault.
Try this scan

Gator will often make me physically sick when I think about it. Its dreadful what they seem to be allowed to do. Ban them if you ask me.
