Default northbridge coolers

my motherboard is 2 months old it is getting to 52 celcius then cutting out i dont have much exprience with cooling so can anyone tell me if i got a northbridge cooler whay would it approximately lower my temp?

appreciate anyones help

Have you checked to see if the heatsink is on properly. Make sure it has not dust on it and make sure there is thermal gel. And make sure it is touching the heatsink.

done all hat everything fine

but it is the mobo temp the cpu is fine

So you are saying that there is no heatsink on the northbridge?

swiftech, vantec, and zalman make some pretty neat northbridge coolers.
