normal prescott temp?

That means its pulling air through the heatsink, rather than pushing it through. I would stick the fan on the front if you can.
 
thats a strange cpu cooler if its ment to go that way, but the temps you are getting are fine, so even tho its a lil strange the way the fan is its fine.
 
I looked it up. You do have it installed backwards. It's like r_moore04 illustrated. It's surprising you are getting that good of temps having it on wrong...

Look at this. It's a weird case, but it shows that the fan is blowing out to an exhaust fan, not in. Look at the fins on the HSF and case fan as well and you can tell yours is wrong unless your fins are backwards or something...
