I just re-installed Windows XP and I found that I heard no sounds.

I installed the drivers, configured for optimal sound reading as usual...but there is nothing coming out...

I tried everything I knew and I can't find the problem...

Help! I need sound fast!

Are you sure you installed the sound driver?Have you check on your divice manager to check if it actually was installed?

Everything is checked...I even checked the inside (since I have a window panel) and nothing's burnt:confused:

EDIT: I got that thing on DirectX...Sound card does not support memory buffering material...the thing is...it does supports it! could it be my Windows copy that would suck

It has happened before. Your reinstall just fouled up.
if you have the original install disc then you could do a simple repair from the (2nd) repair option console.
If not then you will need to reinstall windows.

Last time this happened to me
I layed confused for a week or two
And then when i looked in teh control panel i configured it to my lcd monitor speakers, not the non existing plug in speakers.

I found the problem: There was two jumpers that I forgot to put back when I tried to use the front audio panel...that's why the Line out wasn't working (bashes head) Oh well, I'm fin with Windows 2k3
