Default No signed device drivers were found

I'm trying to install Win 7 onto a HDD via docking station.

No signed device drivers were found make sure installation media contains the correct drivers?

Help please

you need to configure the docking station as a bootable drive. I used Lili USB creator for when i installed linux. I hope this helped
