Default No post on web pc

Specs:

7750 Kuma
ASRock ALIVENF7G-HD720P
120Gb sata drive
Sata dvd drive
Rosewill 350 watt power supply
2 GB crucial ddr2 800

Everything turns on, power led is on. Processor and ram works in my system. So what im thinking is that the motherboard doesnt support the processor but the Phenom II 940 is on the support list.

what do you guys think?

Have you tested the motherboard before (i.e. is this a completely new build?) If everything's hooked up properly and the motherboard hasn't been verified as working anywhere else my best guess is a faulty board.

EDIT: Wild guess, I don't suppose it's the power supply? I haven't done any maths to back it up, but that wattage seems on the small side to me...

Check for a bios update. Flash as an absolute last resort.
