My friend wanted me to fix his desktop so I attempted it but I can't.
I'm not sure of his specs because its custom built but he doesn't know them either because it was custom built by someone he doesn't even talk to anymore.
But anyways, the computer is not displaying anything.
I tried using his external GPU. Didn't work. I unplugged the GPU and used onboard graphics. Didn't work. I reset the CMOS and tried both again. Didn't work.
The built in speaker isn't making any noise.
But all the fans turn on. The lights on the motherboard turn on.
The cables aren't broken because I use them on my own computer.

Found out some specs.
GPU is GeForce 9500gt ddr2 512MB.
Psu is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817170014
CPU is AMD Athlon X2 7850
