Question No ask for Recycle, just Deletes!

I don't know how this happened, and its not a big deal, but I want to revert to the old way.

I noticed that when I click delete on an item, it asks if I wish to delete it. Before, it used ot ask if I want to send the item to the recycle bin, where I could choose to delete ir or restore the file. So how can I change my settings to do that instead of instantly asking to delete? Thanks.
