Default Next Comp. Will this work ?

So I am building a new comp that I hope to be worth the price

CPU: AMD 3500 Venice
MOB: Abit KN8 Ultra (nforce4 ultra )
RAM: Corsair Valueselect 1 GB DDR 400 DDR SDRAM (512x2)
PSU: Aspire CW500WP4 500w
HD : Maxtor IDE 133 120GB 7200 RPM
VGA: ATi x1800xl
CASE: Antec Super Lanboy
CD: Sony
SND: Creative Audigy 2 ZS

Please tell me if these items are all compatible with each other because last computer I built, I accidently ordered ram ddr 277 and my mobo wouldnt accept it.

I know about the Powersupply but my parents already ordered that, the ram, soundcard, case and cd drivefor my birthday and Christmas lol. If not I would have gotten an Antec.

Also I have an extra DVD burner so thats taken care of
