The best place to get a new DVD Burner is from http://www.newegg.com Shop around there and then post the links to the products that you're interested in buying. We may also be able to help you out with finding combo drives, basically drives that burn CDs and DVDs as well are read them. They're good if you're looking to swap out two drives for one!

Thanks again to everyone for all the help - very helpful. I have since opted to buy a: Sony DVD+-R/RW/DualLayer Internal drive IDE BROWNBOX +speeds 16X8X -speeds 16X6X DualLayer speeds +4X -4X 8.4GB, because I got it very cheaply and my needs are only quiet low-spec. I hope I'll be all right with it.
