I think the heatsink is only for 754 and 940 sockets... I'm thinking this one right here: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...520398&CatId=0
btw... you posted no case link. The mobo is the same in two places. No video card? What's your budget? That's a strong cpu, so I'm wondering what you're going to be doing with your comp. Everything else looks good.

That case is ok... if you still have money left over, I would go with a video card like these two, either one really: the better one http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...&Sku=E145-5142
and the almost as good, but not quite: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...&Sku=C460-7022

your buying the 3700 from tiger direct, for 250, newegg.com has the same one for 233, might as well save 20 bucks!

edit, also why not get a sata hard drive?

You have to get a video card, otherwise you can't see anything on the montior, as that motherboard doesn't have onboard video.

The IDE drive is fine, saves a lot of hassle when installing (trust me!), but is slightly slower and cheaper. Get the 3500, not much worse and a big saving. It's exactly the same speed, just with less cache, and cache doesn't make that much of a difference.
