Default new vid card

when i get my new cp i was thinking of 2 different video cards, the radeon 3850 and the 3870
the 3850 is 512mb gddr3 but the 3870 is 512mb gddr4 and the memory clock is 2400ghz (3850 doesnt say that) it is a 50 dollar difference, 200 and 250 is it really worth the extra 50?

You could also try the 8800GT for not much more, it performs around 15% better than the 3870, and the 256MB version is really cheap.

i WOULD not trust ati. get a 8800 GT for more peformance
but if u want to stick with ati, id go for the 3870, its worth the 50 dollar difference because of peformance
