New sytem isnt turning on

ME and my friend just built a new computer and it seems to be not turning on. We belive that the power supply is working since the LED in front is on. Where should the main power switch be hooked up to? The mobo is a Elitegroup K8 HT1600. The power supply is a coolmax. Here is an picture of it from newegg.

Make sure the wires from the front power, led, usb cables are all plugged in the right place. And you have put stand off's under the motherboard havent you??

To be honest, ECS board have to be the sakiest boards ever. Try reseating RAM, CPU and PSU. Is every screws hooked on right?

If with all your trys, it still don't work, your mobo is defective. And if it is,I am not surprised...
