Your uncle's computer will definitely be better. That's not extreme enough to beat his rig.

Oh yes it's an awesome system, but what are you paying for it?
That's really the question here.

EDIT: Do you plan to overclock?

To be honest, I don't see a need for: water cooling, 8gb RAM, 1200w PSU.

You will do better if you just get a very good air cooled system.

4gb RAM is plenty.

Since you are not going to SLI/crossfire, a good 600w PSU would do you better, however, I would recomend a 700w.

EDIT: JESUS CHRIST!!!!!
Thats way too freakin' much!!!

DO NOT SPEND THAT MUCH ON A PHENOM II RIG!!!!!
get an i7...

MSI P7NGM Digital
Ultimate Cooling Package
6GB DDR2-1066MHz Atlas Precision Memory (Dual Channel Kit)
750GB 7200RPM SATAII (3GB/s) - 16MB Cache
Windows Vista Premium - w/ Win 7 Upgr
Thermaltake Mid-Tower Gamer (Black w/ Side Window)
Zumax 650 Watt PS
