Edit: Hmm, if you want, you could go with a 4400+ instead of the 4200+ $355.00 compared to $463.00. Advantage would be the 2 x 1MB L2 cache, with the 4200+ only having 2 x 512KB
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ Toledo 1GHz HT Socket 939 Dual Core Processor Model ADA4400CDBOX - Retail

Everyone feel free to comment..

Don't worry about the processor, probably isn't worth the extra money. However, you should probably go ahead and get the retail version of the card; it'll be 20 bucks more and you'll get all the fancy stuff with it, and not just the card and some bubble-wrap. Perhaps another HDD to run in a RAID setup? I'm sure he'd like that... Love that memory! I see we both have the same stuff... Don't you just love it! Have you overclocked with it, yet? I haven't; I'm running a divider that works out perfectly to 200 MHz on the memory whilst 255 MHz on the CPU, but I'm probably going to change that, to see if I can get better performance.

Otherwise, looks good. The only other thing I might consider is a CrossFire motherboard but I really don't think that's necessary with the X1900XTX.
