Default new psu & temps

well i got a new psu the other day its the OCZ StealthXStream 600w Silent SLI Ready ATX2, and before that i was using an old 550w psu that only had a 20pin motherboard connector and my motherboard needs 24pins, and the system temp was about 36c+ now its only 32c and iv overclocked it and it only goes up from 32c to about 34c and before i had the new psu when i was on a game or overclocked it went up to about 42c, is there something wrong with the sensor or is it coz i have the right power to it now that its taken some stress off the northbridge?

If the other psu was a cheapy one chances are it didnt match its rating,so could be underpowered, also does this new psu have a large cooling fan underneath facing onto the mobo? mines does and that cools it down too.
