That makes no sense at all. He can easily buy a quality power supply that he can end up using in a later build without "wasting money"

yes i would get a quality psu if i had the money for it... i don't have that much money to spend which is the reason =/ a lot of bills are coming up soon and i kinda got to save up

id rather get a good quality PSU to be able to use now, and down the road in another biuld.
and go without a PC for a bit.
