Default New motherboard, Hard drive compatability?

I am looking to get this mother board for my computer http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...I69-2162%20OCZ
I have a Sata II hard drive, would it work? If it doesn't, then would would i need to know to buy a hard drive for this motherboard?
