It only has 4 slots, so as long as you fill it up homogeneously (all 667's, no 800/667 mismatching), I think its possible to clock them to 800. I wouldn't recommend any higher for RAM that runs at 667 in stock speeds. 1066 isn't necessary anyway, unless you have a QX9650 (and even then, its only to keep up with the CPU's FSB).

I cannot guarantee this as i've never used Gigabyte motherboards for overclocking RAM.

Wasn't planning to overclock the ram...

Oh alright, no reason why it shouldn't work then.
So long as your processor's FSB isn't super high or anything.

The processor's FSB is 1333MHz.

Then it might bottleneck it, maybe - I don't know the proper calculations for determining whether its optimal or not (ask A True Folder)

DDR2 1066 is the maximum speed RAM the motherboard can take. And 667 will not bottleneck, it's actually the optimal speed to use with a 1333MHz FSB (the RAM will run at 667MHz with a 1:1 ratio) so unless you'll be overclocking, you'll be fine.
