New Mobo\CPU

ok i got a
mobo:Asus A7V-VM
CPU:1.20 gigahertz AMD Athlon t-bird Socket A
RAM:512 SDRAM
i want to upgrade my CPU but my mobo will only support up to a 1.3 so...
i also have to upgrade my mobo
if anyone can find a good mobo that will support SDRAM that would be awesome thx

if ur going to spend money on a cpu and a new mobo, get ddr2 compatible way better, way worth it, and u can get pretty cheap stuff.
