Default new mobo

I am getting a new mobo...... I am keeping all stuff i have right now tho.... when I install this mobo all i will have to do is install the stuff on the cd right?...not having to set any jumpers I hope.....

Asus A8N SLI Deluxe nVidia Socket 939 ATX MotherBoard and an AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Processor. Thats why im asking. I know my ram is supported on this mobo... 184pin......3200....400mhz.... i just dont wana be setting jumpers and crap.
