Default New memory

I'm debating on getting new memory for my computer.

Just for reassurance, for this memory

This would work with it, right?

Kingston HyperX 1GB (2 x 512MB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 533 (PC2 4300) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model KHX4300D2K2/1G - Retail
